Mini Cheesecakes
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz (2×8 oz) cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar (for filling)
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup sour cream
