Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup melted butter (or oil)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and melted butter together. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully incorporated.
Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to ensure a tender loaf.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
