Crisp pizza crust is slathered with either creamy sausage gravy or cheesy nacho sauce, then layered with scrambled eggs, hearty pork sausage, smoky bacon, and a melty blend of mozzarella and cheddar. It bakes up golden and bubbly in under half an hour, making it perfect for weekend brunches, quick dinners, or satisfying anytime cravings. This simple yet indulgent recipe will have everyone asking for seconds.
2 pre-made pizza crusts
½ cup nacho cheese sauce
½ cup sausage gravy
4 large eggs, scrambled
1/3 lb pork sausage, browned
2–3 bacon slices, cooked and chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat & Prep Crusts: Heat oven to 450 °F (230 °C). Lightly brush each crust with olive oil.
Sauce Them Up: On crust #1, spread sausage gravy; on crust #2, spread nacho cheese sauce.
