1 package cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Roll out the cinnamon rolls and press them into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
