3 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooked rice (jasmine, basmati, or brown rice)

Directions:
Cook the Ground Beef:

Use a spatula to break it apart as it cooks.
