Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Avocado Corn Salsa:
1 cup fresh or frozen corn kernels (if frozen, thawed)
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine corn, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, hot sauce (if using), salt, and pepper to make the creamy sauce.
