Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 teaspoons powdered gelatin
3 tablespoons cold water
Directions:
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and instant espresso powder. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture is hot but not boiling.
Remove from heat and stir in bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
Stir in vanilla extract.
