Stimming is when someone with autism, like me, does things like rocks back and forth, and it feels good.

For anything that makes you stressed, as a person with autism!
Letting yourself (or your friend) stim freely is probably the best treatment you could find, along with meditation, if you want to feel better as an Autistic person.
It's wonderful!
It feels good, and beautiful, and free!
And here's one more: learn meditation, and meditate While stimming!
I call if Stimming Meditation, and it is a powerful treatment for anything that makes you feel bad as an autistic person!
Letting yourself stim freely is the best thing you could possibly do for yourself!
This is the best, most effective treatment for stress, or anything that makes you feel bad, including depression, that you as an autistic person can do, along with meditation!
