A tip for writing Haiku

Don't be afraid of a little humor and quirkyness.

The great Haiku masters, like Basho, often have hints of Zen humor in their Haiku.

Haiku are good at quirky little character moments, little bits of delight with character.

Haiku delight in delight, humor, character, and quirkiness, especially when presented in a light, delightful way.

Haiku laugh with the song of the wind.

Just a little tip from a fan and observer of Basho, the great Haiku master!

God loves you!

Sincerely,

David S. Annderson

P.S. the first misspelling of quirkyness is intentional!
