I just heard... actually from Tamara Mowry (The happy side of the 90's will never die! Sister Sister forever!)... that because they grew up in a religious family that she felt reluctant to turn to counseling, because she felt that turning to God should be enough... first of all, I am so glad that counseling helped you two be happy!
Well, anyway, I have this to say to anyone who feels in the same way: God wants us to help each other too! In the Bible God is always telling us to help each other, so God wants us to help each other too! Remember that God works in mysterious ways... maybe God wants to send this other person to help you! So go on, don't be shy to go to counseling! God wants us to help each other! And this could even be God's way of introducing you to a new friend in the counselor you go to see!
That's my thought... I hope this helps someone find happiness... I found my happiness, you will too! Because happiness and finding friends, both new and old, are what it's all about!
