Learning comes from the city

I once read somewhere that learning comes from the city, but deep rooted wisdom comes from the countryside.

That can't be true.

If that is true, then why are the people from the countryside in America voting for a monster like Donald Trump?

Obviously, wisdom does not come from the countryside.

But something comes from the countryside.

And I have figured it out.

Learning comes from the city.

Horse sense comes from the countryside.

Wisdom?

Wisdom you have to seek out.

But if you do, whether you start out with the learning of the city or the horse sense of the countryside, you will find it.

There are plenty of people from small-town America that have wisdom.

You might not see its effects in early 21st Century elections, but that's because politics is a snakepit.

They're out there.

There are lots of people from small town America that have kindness and wisdom.

The horse sense of the countryside is a perfectly good preparation for learning wisdom.

But you still have to seek wisdom out yourself.

But you want to learn horse sense?

Come to the countryside.

Want to learn just what things to not fear, to learn how to root yourself in reality?

Want to learn to be self-sufficient in practical things?

Come to the country.

Learning comes from the city.

Horse sense comes from the country.

And both are good preparation for seeking wisdom.

But wisdom you have to seek out yourself.

God loves you!  Look to the light!

Sincerely,

David S. Annderson
