I just wanted to throw this out as I was listening to George Harrison's Sue Me, Sue You Blues: in a divorce, what is really needed is a psychologist, not a lawyer!
People are in pain, in an emotionally charged situation (in George Harrison's case, with the other Beatles, which was very much a divorce!).
What is needed is someone to help the parties involved deal with the pain!
Just wanted to throw that out there!
