A suggestion: Dance your butt off!

I just started a new exercise regimine, and I thought I would share it with all of you because I've found it a lot of fun.

I stretch, and then I dance my butt off for five songs. I will do this every day. (modification: every day if I can, otherwise as often as I can, and hopefully most days.)

It's so much fun. I love dancing- just simple dancing to the music. Today I started with Ricky Martin 'Livin' La Vida Loca', and included two songs by Shakira and 'Survivor' by Destiny's Child, as well as another song I love from the late 90's, 'Halfway round the world' by the A-Teens. (from the country of some of my ancestors, Sweden, which has one of my favorite pop music traditions.) (I love that late 90's!)

I had so much fun I thought I would share the idea with all you out there.

P.S. One thing I found out- it's hard to get a good breathing pattern to Destiny's Child. I love it, but it's hard to breathe rhythmically to the elaborate rhythms in Destiny's Child. I will stick to Ricky Martin, Shakira and the A-Teens when I'm excercising, and dance to Destiny's Child when I am not excercising! (That is, when I'm not excercising for five whole songs!)
