1Z-1: People need the support of a loving community!

Don't be afraid to ask for help!

And don't be afraid to go out of your way to be that community!

You will be rewarded!

Don't be afraid to encourage people to be that community!

Encourage the 'system' where you work to change to better serve people!

Above all, give out of Love!

And then, when you need it, when you are stretched too thinly, people will help you!

We need to do more for each other here in America! Like we used to 40 years ago!

Humanity is a social species! We are not supposed to know all the answers!

If you help others get the help they need, then you will never be stretched too thinly, because you will have help too!

And you will never crash, because you will have help too!

I am right now experiencing difficulties getting a refill of my medication because my psychiatrist is out for a few months. Why is he out for a few months? Because he is also in the National Guard, and he was called up to serve in the Ukraine.

People like him need our support. He is giving 200%. We need to come together for people like him.

Do not underestimate what a few little things can do to help.

All it took to help was the receptionist explaining to me how the system works and what I had to do! And now It will be fine! (even though I am so bad at these kind of practical things- all my skills are in art and science and ideals, not practical things!)

Do not underestimate what a few little things can do to help!

This is a good country, it just needs love!

We need to put more love out in 'the system' and turn it into a community again! Do not underestimate what a little thing that you do to help can mean!

And remember, God's got your back! And so does someone else out there! We are a community! It just needs a little more love!

And if you're a beaurocrat who works setting the rules for 'the system', do not underestimate what a little love from you put back into 'the system' can do! Even if it seems like it isn't doing any good! 'The system' only needs a little bit of Love!

God loves you! God bless you all out there!

Sincerely,

David S. Annderson
