1TM-2: What Meditation Feels Like

Traditional Hindu or Buddhist meditation will make you feel better.

Whatever ails your mind, meditation will bring the peace of God to you and heal you.

When something in your brain makes you feel bad, or something in the world makes you feel bad, meditation will bring the healing peace of God to you and heal you.

Do it anytime you feel bad.

I am not a teacher of meditation. But if you learn meditation elsewhere, I can tell you what the healing peace of God that comes through meditation feels like to me.

First of all it is peaceful. It feels like the air around you is charged actively with glowing warmth. It is quiet, and it is gentle, but it is strong. It will soothe you like a sweet calm dream, and you will feel peaceful and beautiful inside. And that peaceful, beautiful feeling will soothe you long after you stop meditating.

That is the feeling I get from meditation. It is a connection to God, the God all around you. You are surrounded by the divine, the divine love of God, it is the reality behind and beneath the illusion that is the world, and this divine is in you. Look for it in you, as well as all around you. And know that it is the real reality of the world, the real reality of reality.

It will make you feel better. It will cure any bad feelings you have.

Try it. Learn meditation- and remember that feeling I described, the feeling of the peace of God. That feeling is the goal of meditation, and it will cure any bad feelings you have.

It is like a beautiful dream.

Go ahead- seek it out. Learn to meditate.
