If there is one thing that I have learned about our minds, it is how much good can be done when we help our minds be strong!
Don't just bull your way through!
Help your mind be strong!
Use coping mechanisms! Know when to rest yourself, how to take care of yourself!
Learn how to trick your mind into making things easier for you!
Learn your mind and learn how to take care of yourself!
Help your mind be strong!
You won't regret it!
You'll feel so, so much better, and you just might discover new strengths!
And get to know yourself! Everyone is different!
For example, sometimes my Autism makes me afraid to do things that I don't want to do. Like, for example, it makes me afraid to hurt the people around me.
This becomes a superpower of my mind. I encourage those tendencies.
I use the fact that my autism makes me want to be careful to not hurt people. I encourage that, while encouraging myself to not worry about it, but just give in to caution and put in the effort.
That way, I become super-strong about being careful and cautious to not hurt the people around me. This makes me strong for the people around me, and confident about myself.
When you see your natural instincts make you want to be careful in a way that you believe in, you can encourage that. While reminding yourself to not fear and worry, just put in the effort. Remember too, that everyone is different. What works for me might not work for you. Get to know yourself.
If you know of something that helps you get stress and frustration out, without hurting anything, do it. Get that frustration out.
Run, play football, if that helps get your frustration out. Learn what works for you.
Don't be afraid to rant, especially if no one is around. And don't fear if you are caught ranting. People understand. You'd be surprised.
Don't be afraid to cry. People who rant and cry easily never break down when they break down. People who rant and cry easily recover quickly and well when they break down.
These are just a few of the ways that you can help your mind be strong.
Get to know yourself. What works for me might not work for you.
But don't be afraid to help your mind be strong, don't hesitate to take care of yourself, especially when you really need it.
For this is how you be strong!
God loves you! You're worth it!
Sincerely,
David S. Annderson
