Graham flour was created by health guru Sylvester Graham in America of the 19th Century in order to make whole grain taste good!
So break out the graham crackers! For although most graham crackers have more sugar than Sylvester Graham would have liked, they are still whole grain!
(And who knew that there were health gurus in 19th Century America!)
