And now... what is 'western civilization'?

Europe and her colonies.

You see, America is not considered part of Europe.

But America is part of European civilization.

So we must have a name for Europe and her colonies, because we don't consider America to be a part of Europe.

That name is Western Civilization.

And it's the only one we've got.
