The Prince in Disney's 1937 Snow White is NOT a stalker!
First of all, I do Not hate Rachel Zegler! I know virtually nothing about her. I'm sure she is a nice young woman, and it's just an opinion on a movie! She's an actress, not a critic, and it's not like she did anything, it's just talk, and celebrities say far worse things all the time! I wish her well!
The only reason that I would not watch her Snow White movie is because Disney live-action remakes by reputation tend to be terrible! She has my blessing to make a feminist Snow White her way!
But the Prince in Disney's 1937 Snow White is NOT a stalker!
Snow White is in her front yard, the prince walks down the sidewalk and says Hello!
It is purfectly f@cking okay to walk up to someone on the sidewalk and say Hi!
When Snow White falls into her sleep, word goes out far and wide of the sleeping princess, and the Prince hears about it and comes to help!
It is purfectly okay to go and help someone!
Saying hi to someone in their front yard, and then a week later coming to help them does not make someone a stalker!
It makes someone a good friend!
Disney's animated 1937 Snow White is about something that both sides of the 'culture war' in America today (2023), Republican and Democrat alike, have completely lost touch with and have absolutely no clue of!
Which is childlike innocence and a childlike innocence view of the traditional fairy tale!
And with childlike innocence, it is obvious that the Prince is not a stalker- he is a good friend trying to help someone he just met!
It is okay to be a friend with someone you just met!
That's how friendships get started!
That's how community works!
We need to rediscover friendship!
We need to rediscover childlike innocence!
We need to rediscover community!
Believe me, the meanies out there may shout the loudest, but most people I have met out there- in the middle of America's current mental crisis, when all of us are so stressed out- are nice people!
The worst thing 95% of the people I meet out there do to me is to be shy and do nothing, and simply go on their way!
Most of the people out there are nice people!
We need to rediscover friendship!
We need to rediscover community!
We need to rediscover childlike innocence!
We need to learn to start assuming once again that someone is a friend who is trying to help out, and stop assuming that they are a stalker!
Love will heal the world, it is what America needs right now!
Just ask anyone in Bulgaria and Romania who now have so much love as part of the European Union, or the people in the Ukraine who have recieved so much help from so many other countries in their time of need!
America needs love and innocence!
Let's take a chance on innocence, friendship, and community!
Let's rediscover Love with 1937's Snow White!
