I know it was horrible yesterday when the riot in Washington, D.C. happened.
But that was the last of the worst. The worst is over. A Better day for America starts now.
That was the last hope of the insurrectionists. They failed. It's over.
Our Democracy has been saved.
Joe Biden and his people will bring to justice those who are responsible.
It's over. That was the last gasp.
So don't loose faith in America. The worst is past. The hardship is past. It's all over except the trials where they will be tried and judged fairly in front of judge and jury. That will come in good time.
And there will be trials. It will go to court. Have faith in that. I have full confidence in the ability of Joe Biden and his Justice Department to bring them all to justice. I have full confidence in the ability, now that they know the threat, of the Washington, D. C. police and national guard to protect our Congress and President Joe Biden and his Cabinet. Their weakness yesterday was because they never imagined that it would go that far. I have full confidence in their ability, now that we know the threat, to protect our government. And I have full confidence in Joe Biden's Justice Department. I have full confidence in their ability to bring the people responsible for these terrorist acts to justice.
There will be trials. They will be brought to justice before a judge and jury. The threat will be faced and beaten.
It's over. America has been saved. We saved America yesterday. They lost. They lost yesterday.
It's over. America has been saved.
So don't lose hope in America.
