Halftime at the Super Bowl.

An amazingly produced show begins.

A visual spectacular.

An F'n Legendary visual spectacular.

I mean, this looked like something from Captain Kirk's time.

Rihanna comes out with that amazing voice of hers and starts chanting over a simplistic, repetitive beat:

Gimme my money

Money

Gimme my money

Money

Good God!

Someone get Rihanna a real songwriter!

Call Max Martin or Lionel Ritchie, George Harrison or Holland-Dozier-Holland!

Such a talent wasted on such baby stuff!

I just want to point out why those of us who grew up with Jimi Hendrix and The Beatles thought the show was stupid!

I don't mean to complain- but surely we can do better!

One thing, though- it was not all stupid! That staging was amazing! Announcing her pregnancy like that was a great touch, and will go down in history! Her singing was very good- it was only the songs that are so insubstantial! The rest of it was amazing, and that staging and the announcing of her pregnancy like that was historic!

God loves you! If you liked it, great- but it gets so much better than that! Even though the staging was amazing! There are people who put on amazing shows on that level With great songs! There is so much amazing stuff out there!
