David Crosby and Jerry Garcia

And now, to reach out to Southern California from Northern California...

Here's a tribute to David Crosby, LA's gift to San Francisco music, and his San Francisco album 'If Only I could Remember My Name', and to that moment when Jerry Garcia played on 'Teach Your Children' by Crosby, Stills and Nash.

And to the Planet Earth Rock and Roll Orchestra, in San Francisco, which David Crosby and Jerry Garcia both took part in extensively.

And to remember that the Monterey Pop Festival was organized by Northern Californians and Southern Californians together!

And to remember that Tupac was not only a West Coast rapper born in New York City, but an LA rapper who went to high school in Northern California.

As John Lennon sang, let us Come Together!

But, of course, the truth is that Northern California and Southern California are brothers who sometimes argue but always love and respect each other.

Let us try to be more like that when we disagree! For all men are Brothers!

God loves you!

Sincerely,

David S. Annderson
