I was just waking up. My housemates had the news on.
And I was thinking, we need to wake up to happy things, not hard news.
And so I started singing a song to myself.
I'm a fluffy bunny Hop Hop Hop
A very fluffy bunny Hop hop hop
And then I thought, if I went out into the TV room and sang that out loud, people would look at me funny!
Why are we embarassed to be happy?
Why are we embarassed to be seen singing and dancing about sunshine and rainbows and fluffy bunnies?
Why?
We should not be embarassed to be happy!
We should be embarassed to be angry
And proud to be happy
And not the other way around!
And being happy does not make you weak
It makes you strong!
It's the angry people that break down, not the happy people!
So go ahead!
Sing about fluffy bunnies, sunshine, and rainbows!
