Donald Trump has disparaged our wounded veterans.
And so I would like to give my tribute to our wounded veterans, and all our veterans.
All those who chose to risk their lives to save the rest of us.
If Donald Trump will not honor them, I damn well will.
As someone said when talking about our wounded war veterans, there is only one group of people in our society that are bigger heroes than that, and they're buried over in Arlington.
Thank you to those who serve, whether in the military or as police or first responders- we're finally getting better at honoring first responders alongside the rest!
Thank you to those who serve, thank you for those who saved the world in WWII, to those who saved Korean civilization in the Korean War, who tried damn hard to save Afghanistan recently, and who tried to save us from the Soviet Union in the Vietnam War- the Vietnam War was mistaken, but those who served are still heroes for they were trying to save us! If Superman makes a mistake while trying to save someone, Superman is still a hero!
This is my tribute to our veterans, and all the police and first responders as well, and especially to wounded and fallen veterans and first responders, including those who are wounded with PTSD, for mental wounds are just as real!
Thank you, you are heroes, and if Donald Trump will not pay tribute to you, I damn well will!
