According to Plutarch...

According to Plutarch, Alexander the Great said,

"The end and object of conquest is to avoid doing the same thing as the conquered."

Well, then, I'm as successful as any conquerer in history!

For I do what I want to- which is to write stories for you!

And so can you, too- if you find a job you are good at that you love!

And, after all, even Alexander the Great was subject to the weather, the turning of the seasons, and the turning of night and day!

Even the greatest conquerer could not dance in the rain when the rain wasn't coming!

But if you choose to accept the sun and the rain in its turn, it will be your choice, and you will be free!

And then you will be doing what you choose!

And you, too, will be as successful as any conquerer in history!

God loves you!

Sincerely,
