Don't be afraid to take a mental health day!

Don't ever be afraid to take a mental health day to emotionally detox!  Whether you are neurodivergent or not!  Especially if you are neurodivergent!    I just did- and did it ever do good!  I needed it!

Don't be afraid to take care of yourself!  You deserve it!    It's a stressful world out there right now!

P.S. This would help our veterans and people in the military so, so, so much!  Having just taken a massive mental health emotional detox day myself, and recognizing the emotions that I purged being very much like those of PTSD, I am convinced that PTSD is the result of not being able to take a mental health day when you really, really need one!  I was able to purge these emotions when I needed!  That makes all the difference!!!
