Treating insomnia: Meditation and Counting Sheep

The past few days I discovered something that I would like to pass on.

Meditation helps you get to sleep!

And how do you meditate while trying to get to sleep?

Count sheep!

Yes, the old folk remedy for insomnia!

Counting sheep is a form of meditation!

A simple, repetitive, imagined thought to focus on to calm the mind and free the mind of all busy, distracting thoughts!

It works!

It really works!
