As a 'white' person, a Hippie, a Christian and a child of God I would support anything reasonable that brings peace and healing to the races here in America.
Segregation was partly the US Government's fault, and I think it would be just if the US Government paid reparations over slavery and segregation to 'Black' people in America.
As a 'white' person it would not mean that I'm guilty- it would mean that I'm doing my part to help.
I would be willing to pay my share of the taxes if the Government could bring a peace offering to 'Black' people in America.
That is what it would be.
A peace offering.
A labor of Love.
We would not be admitting guilt- we would be making ourselves peacemakers.
We would be showing Love.
Let's be peacemakers.
Let's make this a labor of Love, for only Love can conquer Hate.
Let's bring peace and love to the races in America.
Let the Government- which can be a servant of Love if we let it- pay 'Black' people back for what they have suffered.
It will be a labor of Love.
We will be spreading the Love.
America needs more Love.
