Sadness is a healing emotion!
Don't be afraid to be sad!
Fear will consume you!
Anger will consume you!
But Sadness will Heal you!
Sadness purges you and gets the bad stuff out of you!
Never be afraid to be sad!
And never be afraid to Love Unselfishly!

That is not a toxic emotion that will consume you! That's a healing emotion that will save you and revive you! That's sadness when it's loud! That's what sadness sounds like when it is at the peak of reviving you from something big! That's healing! Never be afraid of sadness when it is loud! Because that is when it is healing you the most!
