The world all over was experiencing failures and success's on all fronts. Some nations were experiencing times of fortune, while some nations had death knocking at their door step. In the wake of all these happenings, a man by the name of Woodrow Wilson took a glance at the world he lived in. Wilson concluded that the world was in a terrible state, and was in need of change. He proposed a plan to unite the broken nations under an organization. This organization's soul purpose was to prevent the outbreak of war, to respect nations independence as well as their integrity, and essentially to maintain peace around the globe.
