The Affects

One of the main effects of the Monroe Doctrine is that it has kept European countries from colonizing in the western hemisphere like it was originally planned to do.

It has also kept the western hemisphere from being unfairly punished.(1904-1915)

It has also kept the U.S' affairs local and not include other countries.
