Main events that happen the fact that america put their self into the conflict between between Europe and Latin America. Latin america was constantly being hassled by Europe in every way. In the year of 1902 because of owed money ships from Europe went to the ports of Venezuela and blocked them so that the nation could not make money without paying and they would leave until debt was paid. I feel that the most important thing that happen during these years was that Theodore brought together the Monroe doctrine and established that the United States would be on the side of the people in Latin america.
