Helping Acts

The "Cash and Carry" Neutrality Act of 1937 stated that if belligerents in WW2 wanted to trade with the US they had to pay for cash and carry the goods from the US back to Europe on their own ships. Then came the Lend-Lease Act. The Lend-Lease Act stated that the US can sell or loan war materials to any allied country.
