September -November 2001

• • After 9/11 the U.S. gave a whole bunch of demands to the Afghanistan rulers, the Taliban, And the surrendering of Osama Bin Laden.

  • Taliban did not do any of the demands

  • the Taliban suggested to enter into talks.

7 October - 9 December 2001

• • The U.S. coalitions began the military operations in Afghanistan using different forces like special forces and local troops.

  • The Taliban were forced out of Afghanistan.

2002-2006

• • Taliban was taken away from their power back in 2001 but the regained their influence in Afghanistan mostly in rural country's.
