Affects on the World

Before WWI the United States stayed to their selves an did no more than trade with other countries. Then they declared was on Germany. During WWI most countries economies were shot and they didn't really have much. However after the war the U.S had the best economy, the largest arm, population and production capacity. The United States helped a lot of countries out by loaning them money, but they only got paid back by their allies. They only received 2.6 billion out of 14 billion back from the countries.
