The Aftermath

After the Gulf War ended it had some serious Aftermaths that created a new world order. Saddam continued to defy the rules America wanted him to obey. Unable to leave, America hunkered down.By the time America would seriously turn once more to Iraq in the early 2000s, other trials had rushed ahead Southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq), the Persian Gulf and other areas in the region now contain American troops, ships and aircraft, with a permanent military presence now being put in place.
