Taking Out Osama

After the tragedy on September 11th, 2001, George Bush made capturing Osama bin Laden a number one priority. They wouldn't rest until this threat to society was contained if not ceased. Al-Qaeda remained somewhat dormant for the next few years. During a 2008 debate, Obama stated "... if we have Osama bin Laden in our sight and the Pakistani government is unable or unwilling to take them out, then I think that we have to act and we will kill bin Laden." The threat of Osama was terminated on May 2nd, 2011. Years of research and gathered intelligence led to the finding of Osama's hermitage. US Navy SEALs raided the location, assassinating bin Laden and all other threats in the vicinity.
