Introduction

The Lend-Lease Act during World War 2 supplied supplies for the allies: France, United Kingdom,

China, Soviet Union, and other allies. The U.S provided food, oil, and war material between 1941-1945.

Even though FDR wanted to provide more support, the citizens were in fear of the involvement that the U.S had with the war.

They wanted the neutrality to remain among them. The act was made only segregate the involvement

the U.S had with the allies; the requirement of the allies to provide their own shipment in order to retrieve the goods.
