1904 Roosevelt Corollary to the Monroe Doctrine

The Monroe Doctrine is known as the best U.S policy toward the Western Hemisphere. Within a routine annual message to the congress by President James Monroe in December 1823. The Doctrine warned European nations that the U.S would not tolerate any or further colonization monarchs. After it soon became a watchword of the U.S policy in the Western Hemisphere. This Doctrine relates to foreign policies because the Doctrine itself was a policy buried in a message to the Congress and it was to warn a foreign nation not to interfere with U.S interests in the Western Hemisphere.
