The Monroe Doctrine of 1823

James Monroe was the fifth President of the United States of America, he was in office from March 4th, 1817 to March 4, 1825. The Monroe Doctrine was written by James Monroe and was established in America on December 2nd, 1823. A world of change came from the Doctrine and has established its significance in America's history as well as countries that are now allies of America. Allowing other countries to prosper with the help and guidance of the United States of America.
