It affected the World in major ways overall. It helped prevent violence in multiple different cases and situations that took place over its span. It created Mutual understanding between everyone and what they were saying. Everything was to be discussed so a positive solution for all candidate of the problem would arise. United States could never benefit from this system because like us and a few other countries, we never decided to join.
