Britain- President Roosevelt wanted to provide aid and assistance to the British people. This happen to allow the President to transfer war materials to Britain without the payment which was required by the Neutrality Act of 1939. The Neutrality Act of 1939 was passed by the Congress in the United States, this was in response to the increasing confusion in Europe and Asia which then led to World War II. There was a total of 4 million tonnes of war materials given, which included food and medical supplies. From 1943-1944 a quarter of all the British munitions came in through the Lend Lease Act.

France- There were more then 150,000 Allied soldiers that were under the command of U.S General Dwight D. Eisenhower. That ended up helping lead to an Allie victory and then France continued the attack against Germany.

Russia-
