Franklin D. Roosevelt

President Franklin D. Roosevelt (1882-1945) was the president of the United States and was the first to be elected more than two terms for office. Many people blamed him for the attack of Pearl Harbor because he did not want to get avoid in the war and it nearly achieving victory in both Europe and the Pacific. Which made Roosevelt wanting to make allies with the countries to make an axis and meeting frequently with Churchill. He also made friendly relations with Soviet Union and its leader Joseph Stalin. Roosevelt was a president who believed in the people so he kept them updated on the war as well as he did for the New Deal. Shortly after he passed away from cerebral hemorrhage on April 12,1945.
