Casualties

Like any war, deaths occurred and it was plentiful. For the side of the United States, the casualty for the soldiers racked up to around 36,710.

As for the side of Iraq, there total was around 405,000. Clearly, the side of the Iraq dealt with an extreme amount of more casualties then the united states did. This makes sense. After all, technically the United States won the war. Usually the winners have had the less deaths. Additionally, innocent Iraq civilians were not spared, getting a total of about 115,00 deaths, which is even more than the united states solider deaths as well.
