Theodore Roosevelt - Addressed this in his state of the union in 1904 after the Venezuela Crisis of 1902-03. It basically stated America was granted access to Latin America to police European Activities.

Franklin D. Roosevelt - In 1934 F.D.R. revised the corollary and then called the " Good Neighbor Policy" which was applied to the Western Hemisphere.

Calvin Coolidge - With the Clark Memorandum was thought to be just a partial repudiation of the Roosevelt Corollary basically granted Europe the access to Latin America and do whatever it was that they wanted to do.

Herbert Hoover - Went on Good Will Tours in Nicaragua and Haiti withdrawing U.S. troops.
