Douglas Lute- Was born November 3rd, 1952. He is the United States Permanent Rep. for NATO. In 2010 Ambassador Lute retired from the U.S. Army as a lieutenant general for 35 years of active duty. Other than the White House he served as the Director of Operations on the Joint Staff while overseeing U.S. military operations worldwide. He also served multiple tours in NATO commands.

Robert Bell- Robert is a native of Birmingham, Alaska. He's the Senior Civilian Representative of the Secretary of Defense in Europe. Bell is held responsible for a lot of things such as planning, recommending, coordinating, and monitoring the Department of Defense. While he was working for the White House he was assigned additional responsibilities as the NCS Counselor. Bell also joined SAIC in 2004 and has been involved in NATO for a long time.
