President James Monroe-The 5th president of the United States and the person who made the Monroe Doctrine in his 7th annual message to congress to stop Europe from meddling in U.S affairs.

John Quincy Adams- The 6th president of the U.S who advised Monroe to have the United States stand alone and not join Britain.

Thomas Jefferson- The 3rd president of the United States who Monroe originally went to for advice on what the U.S should do about European countries trying to spread to the western hemisphere.

Theodore Roosevelt- The 26th president of the U.S who used the doctrine to justify sending the marines to Santo Domingo in 1904, Nicaragua in 1911 and Haiti in 1915 to kick out European creditors that were trying to falsely collect debts.

John F Kennedy- The 35th president of the U.S who used the doctrine during the Cuban Missile Crisis to surround Cuba with naval and the air force to push out the soviets in
