The 28th president , Woodrow Wilson was a powerful, key component of the creation of the League Of Nations. He served from 1913 to 1921, this included him serving through WWI. He expressed through his presidency that he was a peace maker by any means. For example, in WWI he tried to let the U.S. maintain neutrality, but this all was thrown away once the U.S. proclaimed war on Germany. Even after the first world war he tried to fasten peace throughout all nations so he expressed a resolution to Congress. This idea was League Of Nations.
