What makes it Historical

The Declaration of Independence is very Historical because it is an important part of democracy. The reason for this is because it contains the ideas and goals for our nation that the founders had about the government that it was important for men to have liberty and equality. Also it contains complaints of the colonists against the British king. Since we were somewhat ran bye the British king the Declaration of Independence obtained the arguments the colonist used to explain why they wanted to be free of British Rule.
