Countries involved

Russia was one of the countries who received loans. They received the second highest loan from the lend lease act. It was estimated that they had received over 11 billion dollars all together. This included industrial items, repairing ships and fixing trading and lastly provided them with agricultural products and industrial items. Although they received this much their was still rules. The lend lease prohibited goods furnished for rehabilitation purposes. There is not enough documents to prove the lend lease exchange expect some but so far the only liable one is from a man named Major Jordan who happen to be part of Russia's manifest.

Britain

Britain was also another country who received aid from the U.S during the lend lease act. They recieved aid from the united states when in 1940 winston churchill requested aid from president Roosevelt. At first roosevelt didnt agree but then he decided to make a deal with britain. They decided on that britian would exchange 50 surples destroyers. they were transfered through the royal navy and royal canadian navy. Late on the U.S decided to extended 4.34 billion in credits. this allowed britaint to break the bankrupcty because they had wasted so much money on the war they had nothing left so this helped them. since then britian has been making paymetns and the final payment is 84 million by the end of the year.
